So I was looking at the Fallout 4 Perk Chart, and I noticed something.
It takes 10 Charisma to get the intimidation perk, forcing people to back down and obey your commands.
It takes 9 Charisma to get Wasteland Whisperer, allowing you to do the same, but with mutated monsters and other beasties.
This means that in the Fallout Universe, it’s easier to communicate with a giant fucking scorpion than another human being
